What Can Majestic Events Do for You?

Our services cover everything from brainstorming ideas, to planning, and execution of the special event. We will work with our vendors as well as the client's personal contacts to deliver the client's vision. Our services included but are not limited to:

• Review and clearly define client expectations and set budget.
• Draft time line and calendar for completion of tasks so that client can follow progress of planning.
• Create the visual, decor, and feel of the event based on client's desires and needs.
• Assist in venue selection and guest accommodations
• Arrange and coordinate all vendors such as caterer, rental companies, transportation, photographer, florist, audio/visual companies, deejay or live band/musician, etc.
• Table seating
• Provide ideas to client(s) and provided information about current trends.
• Oversee every detail on day of event from set-up and execution to breakdown after event ends.
• Create Time line/Schedule for day of event
