Welcome to
Historic Sunset Station! We are one of the largest
full-service, historic, special event facilities in San
Antonio. We are listed on the National Register of Historic
Places. Our “award-winning” culinary and event planning staff
is ready to assist in creating your dream day.

Sunset Station
offers ten unique and versatile event spaces both indoor and
outdoor featuring The Depot, The Spire, The Crown and The
Pavilion. Each restored venue features its own piece of
history. We are the perfect setting for your special day.
The Depot was
built in 1902 as the Southern Pacific Railroad Depot. Its
grandeur includes ornate vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows
and a grand staircase.
The Spire was
constructed in 1884 as St. Paul’s Methodist Episcopal Church.
We have recently restored the building to be a glamorous
location for your event.

The Crown was
built in 1905 and combines the historic Palace Hotel and Model
Apartments. For those smaller events the wrap around floor to
ceiling windows and third floor balcony add to the charm of this
venue.
The Pavilion
combines outdoor serenity with modern functionality. Its
pavilion roof and built in performance stage and theatrical
lighting are perfect for the couple looking for an outdoor
wedding with the flexibility to turn the space into anything you
can dream up.
There are
numerous courtyards and plaza areas on our ten-acre property
where ceremonies or outdoor receptions can be held. We will
provide the weather back-up plan to ensure its success.
